Main responsibilities:

-Project planning: Creating a detailed project plan that outlines the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for the project

-Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the project meets quality standards and that all deliverables are thoroughly tested and reviewed.

-Timeline and Schedule Management: Creating and maintaining project schedules, setting milestones, and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met.

- Vendor Management: If applicable, managing relationships with external vendors and ensuring they meet their contractual obligations.

- Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in project management processes and implementing enhancements for future projects.

- Team Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to the project team, motivating them, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

-Change Management: Handling changes in project requirements or scope, evaluating their impact, and making necessary adjustments.

-Issue Resolution: Identifying and addressing any problems or issues that may arise during the course of the project.
