Main Responsibilities / المهام الرئيسية:
Develop and grow
the business in the key accounts, groceries, and wholesale sectors for the
entire products portfolio of the company through tapping potential
opportunities
Responsible for all
sales activities, departments and personnel involved in sales for the
Company
Achieve a minimum of 75% of the company sales target
on monthly and yearly basis in the key accounts, large & small groceries
and wholesale sectors for the entire product portfolio of the company
Achieve the targeted level of distribution
across all key accounts, groceries & wholesale sectors at a national level.
Develop and
implement an effective strategic sales plan.
Provide leadership
to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus
on the company’s strategic goals.
Ensure that product
pricing is suitable to attain market expansion, and growth in all sectors
Ensure that
merchandising is followed up on by the appropriate Category Manager
Manage a team of
supervisors including training, assessment against objectives and motivation.
Establish
performance goals for all sales department employees,
and monitor performance on a continual basis.
Monitor and
re-order stocks effectively to avoid excessive working capital and stock outs.
Oversee all
hiring, training and firing of personnel involved in Sales in
liaison with HR
Attract,
retain, train, and motivate a diverse sales force
Coordinate with the
different Brand Managers in order to initiate activities based on rising necessities
throughout the year.
Coordinates sales
operations with other relevant departments/divisions of the Company
Maintain a healthy
financial account management through monitoring receivables and exercising
proper credit control in terms of credit limit and aging.
Maintain and grow a healthy business
management of the key accounts, groceries and wholesale sectors through:
Identifying opportunities to grow
Securing an optimized level of distribution by
product, by SKU, by region and by trade sector
Keeping excellent public relations at all trade
levels
Monitoring and optimizing stocks in the trade
Analyze
sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
Anticipate and
analyze customer trends, needs and competitor information seeking opportunities
in order to have an edge over competition
Must focus on actual
sales, profitability, and growth percentage within the business unit.
Must develop and
maintain a strong pipeline of new customers
Attend
meetings/workshops with principals and conduct requested business
presentations.
