Main Responsibilities / المهام الرئيسية:
Remain
up-to-date with news, research, and any other information that directly affects
products, including competitors’ marketing activities and strategies
Promote the
sales of the products sold by the
company that will most benefit customers, and establish creditability through
communication in a manner that will optimize the company's image and savings
Establish and
communicate division goals and results to Sales Department.
Design,
implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company; support and
facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans,
for the purpose of maximizing the revenues and profits of the firm
Ensure that
selected strategy aims for any of a variety of specific objectives, including
optimizing short-term unit margins, revenue growth, market share,
long-term profitability, and other goals
Develop a
market strategy that encapsulates the key benefits the company's products offer
that is positively differentiated to that of competitors
Develop and
communicate sales call recap, market share report, sales analysis and strategy
review reports, sales promotional efforts and upcoming promotional plans with
all applicable management
Implement and
develop product management, price, placement, and promotion for all company
products, whether private label or external
Develop and
implement a marketing strategy that delivers a compelling value
proposition that reinforces the company’s chosen positioning, builds
customer loyalty and brand equity among target customers, and
achieves the company's marketing and financial objectives
Liaise and
network with all relevant stakeholders including customers, colleagues,
suppliers and partner organizations
Source
advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional,
national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the
organization and the campaign
Plan and
administer the firm’s Marketing Operations budget; support development of
regional marketing budgets
Oversee corporate communications activities
including: external communications and systems, internal communications and
systems, public relations efforts, external vendors and suppliers
Manage the
production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers,
newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs
Arrange the
effective distribution and dissemination of marketing and advertising materials
Organize and
attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions for the
benefit of the company.
Source and
secure sponsorships
Conduct market
research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups, sales forecasts,
sales force and reseller incentive programs, sales force
management systems, and customer relationship management tools (CRM);
evaluate marketing campaigns; monitoring competitor activity;
Other duties
as assigned by the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager.
